Hey Everyone

Love the site! Im pretty old skool myself as first starting going out in 1987. Went to Future at Heaven's which was one of the first clubs of its kind.

Im not sure if any of you know who i am but my name is Wayne Anthony and i was one of the original promoters of the late eighties. My organisation was called Genesis and my parties ran from October 1988 until New Year 1990. My book Class of 88 - the true acid house experience was published by Virgin.

Im currently creating an interactive mutlimedia CD which contains a completely revised Book plus hundreds of related images. You guys are goner love it.

I read your book about 3 years ago really enjoyed it, keep meaning to buy the one you did about Ibiza. Keep up the good work

thanks for kind words! As mentioned before i've actually completely revised Class of 88 so its a much better read now. The Ibiza is a great read though to be honest Class of 88 is my baby. Spanish Highs is just glorified drug abuse though the stories are compelling.

The CD will be the definitive history of acid house in the UK. Are you from UK?

Read the book last year mate, quality read got it in an HMV 2 for £10 with Bez's book. Both very enlightening!

Hi Everyone

Sorry i've been a bit quiet on this board lately. The interactive CD totally consumes my time. To think that after taking a year to write the original paperback Class of 88, i thought that i could collate the largest collection of Acid House paraphernalia yet compiled. I gave the project an estimate of three months, i must have been having a flash back of some sort and thought i was flying. It's now the thirteen month and it's about time i stopped gathering data and started filling the remaining templates.

The good news is that the project is now so fatt that everyone has benefitted from the delayed release date. I have over 4,500 images now which includes the images i'm using for the interactive book. I've got the biggest collection of flyers yet released, exclusive video footage of Biology, Clapham Common etc. And lots of other hsitoric material that you must have for your collection.

Once this CD is completed i guarantee you wont find anything that can match its content for decades to come. As i post this message i'm printing out the final draft of the revised book, so i'm very excited. Over 300 A4 pages so far.

I do have various ways of keeping in touch, though members of this board will be amongst the first to hear of any news.

Glad to hear you are on track to deliver what sounds like it will be the ultimate collection of nostalgia from the time - pity every one was so off it at the time they didn't document/record everything that was going on !

When do the signed copies come out then ???

Thanks for the encouragement and i guarantee you this multimedia package cannot be matched. Lots going on at the moment as designing some online video commercials for downloading. Should have them this weekend, this is a fun bit as the last few months have been very draining. I've personally scanned at least 3,000 images in 12 weeks so doing these ads are like a treat.

I'll post when their ready so everyone here can download them. Have a good one...
