Clubbers heading for Ibiza face possible disruption because of an airport strike. Thirty-five Ibiza airport workers who are on temporary summer contracts are going on strike from July 19. They are also urging the 250 other employees at the airport to strike with them. The action could continue for two hours every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the July 19 until September 1, reports the Ibiza Sun. The strikes will take place from noon and there will also be protests in the evenings outside the air traffic control centre. The workers want to be made permanent full-time employees. Clubbers heading for ibiza last summer were hit by strikes by pilots and bus drivers.
