Strange things happen on Thursdays - there is NO DANCE NEWS! People stay in bed all day I think. However, I did manage to find one item of interest (possibly).....The long running London club night, Sonic Mook Experiment, is about to go on tour. The tour will feature DJs such as David Holmes, Richard Fearless and Jarvis Cocker. Add N To (X), Suicide and Earl Brutus will also perform live at some of the dates. The club, which launched in 1997 and is run by Sean McClusky, has just released a compilation, also called Sonic Mook Experiment. The tour will also feature Luke Vibert, Sean Rowley, Meat Katie, Barry 7, Jerry Dammers and Trevor Jackson. McCluksy will also provide the occasional DJ set.
