It seems like only yesterday that rapper Eminem re-married Kimberly Mathers; but now the hip hop couple are to part after less than three months of 'happy family'.

The rap star can take heart in one thing. The couple signed prenups before this wedding, so no doubt Kim will be locked out of all that bling in spite of what's sure to be a gallant effort.

The high school sweethearts divorced in October 2001 after a two-year marriage. Then the world watched (or is listened?) as the two engaged in a bitter custody fight over daughter Hailie, now 10.

In January, the hip-hop superstar, 33, announced on a Detroit radio station that he and Kim, 31, had reconciled.

Marshall and Kimberly Mathers remarried in a January 14 ceremony attended by fellow hip-hop artists, including 50 Cent.

"I can confirm the divorce papers have been filed," publicist Dennis Dennehy of Interscope-Geffen Records said. "Beyond that we have no comment."
