Poor DJ Boy George! After escaping New York following drug allegations he decided to head back to his London home – but his banker tenant is refusing to hand it back until the lease is finished.

But can you blame the banker?

According to the Independent newspaper: "When [Boy George] moved to New York, he arranged a lease with an American bank for the gothic pile in Hampstead. And the banker who lives there is certainly not moving out just because Boy George has decided he wants his home back."

The former Culture Club singer has refused to answer any questions over the allegations in New York saying, "Don't ask me any questions because you are not going to get any answers at all."

Apparently George is mighty upset over the London pad problem as it's the only place he feels like home.

Until the tenancy issues are resolved the DJ is staying in a central London hotel.
